Dan Lamont

Biography

Dan Lamont is an award winning photojournalist and filmmaker whose work on environmental and social issues has appeared in the New York Times, Time, Newsweek, Der Spiegel, Smithsonian et al.
He has made short documentary films covering juvenile justice, family homelessness, education and health care for the MacArthur Foundation, the Kellogg Foundation and the University of Washington.
Past-President of the Board of the Blue Earth Alliance and Past-President of the ASMP Foundation, Dan holds a Master of Communication in Digital Media from the University of Washington and was a Journalism Fellow at Seattle University.
